Miller, M.D. is a board certified dedicated surgeon at Mid Ohio Surgical Associates.An Ohio native, Dr. Miller completed his undergraduate work at The Ohio State University and finished his medical doctoral work at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. His surgical residency was conducted at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Active in the medical community, Dr. Miller is a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery, Ohio State Medical Association, and the Columbus Medical Association. He is also an elected member of Alpha Omega Alpha.In his spare time, Dr. Miller enjoys watching Ohio State football, traveling soccer and spending time with his son.

Philip D. Price, M.D. is a board certified surgeon with Mid Ohio Surgical Associates and also serves as medical director of cancer services for Mount Carmel Health West Hospital.He earned his undergraduate degree from Capital University and his doctorate in medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Price completed his residency at Mount Carmel Health. Dr. Price has published numerous papers on bariatric procedures and laparoscopic procedures and is active in the medical community. He is a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons and holds memberships in the American Society for Bariatric Surgery, International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and many others.In his free time, Dr. Price is active in scouts and sports with his three busy sons.

Adam M. Zochowski, M.D. is a board certified surgeon in the areas of general and breast surgery with Mid Ohio Surgical Associates.Dr. Zochowski earned his medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine where he also completed his residency. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, Ohio State Medical Association and the Columbus Medical Association. Committed to education, Dr. Zochowski serves on the clinical faculty with the Mount Carmel Surgical Residency program, as an assistant professor of surgery at The Ohio State University and an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) instructor.Dr. Zochowski lives in New Albany with his wife and son.
